Nicky's journey has been fueled by an insatiable curiosity about human behaviour, leading her to develop a rather unique, people-centered approach to doing business. In 2015, she took the plunge and founded her first coaching businesses, Evergreen Coaching. Her goal? To use her sales and leadership experience to help other businesses achieve sustainable growth, boost profitability, and achieving high performance. Her personal mission is all about helping individuals and teams tap into their full potential, breaking the cycles that hold them back in business, and in life. She's an accredited eDISC behavioural Profiler, a Level 3 Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) with Meta Dynamics, and a certified Professional Coach and Trainer
